We had a great time celebrating at Laura and Eric's house this weekend- Aubrey's confirmation, graduation from middle school, making the cheerleading squad for next year, and birthday, Katherine's birthday, Father's Day...there was a lot to celebrate! It was also so nice to go swimming and cool off from the crazy heat!

Big Girl Bed

Anna made the switch from crib to big girl bed with no problems, other then falling out two of the first nights. She was fine though, and got right back in!

Underpants

We still have a long way to go before Anna is done with diapers, but she's making progress and the other evening she wanted to wear her big girl underpants, a word she pronounces with an unusually thick southern drawl! She was delighted and so proud of herself!

Blue Hair

Anna just started going to a new preschool and on one of her first days, she came home with blue hair! I think she painted it. :)

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great, relaxing Memorial Day weekend at the beach. One day, Trey's family came to visit and his sister Cam was there with her three adorable little girls.

Ponytails!

Anna's hair is finally long enough to put up in a ponytail, which is great since it has been so hot lately! This was her very first one, and she really liked it!

Beach Girl

Anna loves the beach now- the ocean and especially the sand! She can play for hours, and especially likes making ice cream cones and cupcakes from the sand to share with everyone!

Wakulla Springs

I can't believe it took us over five years of living in Tallahassee to visit Wakulla Springs, but what a beautiful place! Anna enjoyed playing in the water and the caves and formations you can see on the boat ride are amazing!
